Anyone have any experience doing pushups when you have a herniated disc? My L4 and L5 both have small to medium herniations. I want to be able to do an upper body workout to strengthen my arms and chest to go along with the core and leg work I have been doing. Anyone know if I can cause my back to flair up again doing push ups?
I have a small herniated disc in my neck and I was wondering if that kind of an injury would prevent me from joining the FBI as a special agent, as I realize that their training is pretty strenuous. Also, I am interested in knowing other areas of the FBI that would not require that kind of training, just in case. Thanks in advance!
